Just over a week later, amid talk of misrepresentation and legal action, Bethesda finally agreed to honor the original deal . It offered affected players the chance to contact the company in order to receive a replacement canvas

Choice was a big theme among some of our favorite E3 2019 games, like Dying Light 2 . In our demo, developer Techland wanted to highlight how the player’s decisions as Aiden Caldwell will determine the world that they inhabit. Certain areas of the map will be completely locked off if players make one choice, while another player’s map might look totally different. And when it is all said and done, Techland expects players will only have seen about 50% of the g

A few months back at PAX East, we had the opportunity to speak to Bethesda's Pete Hines about the company's future plans and what they had lined up for E3. In the course of our conversation, Hines ended up using a frequent expression that grabbed headlines and caused many to think that he was potentially teasing a new game. That didn't happen -- at least not purposefu

Some of these games may not end up delivering when they finally release but for an initial first showing or a chance to finally go hands-on, they left a strong impression. And the good news is all of them should be out before E3 next y

Square Enix has deftly combined updated visuals and a revamped combat system into a package that should satisfy most Final Fantasy 7 fans. The remake is brimming with nostalgia but still feels fresh and new in almost every facet. Put simply, this first taste of Final Fantasy 7 Remake proved that the game will be worth the wait, even if that includes several episodic relea

Obliterate more demons than ever before, each with their own attacks and abilities. Fan-favorite classics such as the Pain Elemental, Archvile, and Arachnotron make their return, while a horde of totally-new demons join the roster including the DOOM Hunter and corrupted Marauders. DOOM Eternal’s "destructible demons" system takes your power fantasy to new levels by ensuring that every trigger pull has never felt bet

While latency is a concern, it seems that the reception to Google Stadia since its announcement has been generally positive. Stadia has managed to generate quite a bit of buzz, especially thanks to its stage presentation where the ability to immediately switch between different devices was shown off and seemed to work flawles

Although this year’s E3 felt a little odd with Sony and a few other publishers skipping the show, there were still plenty of exciting games on display. Some offered behind closed doors live demos, others actually let attendees go hands-on, and a few only had short prepared videos availa

So what have we learned? When developers or publishers use casual phrases that might be related to their franchises, there's a good chance most of the time that it means nothing. That said, Hines did tell me tonight that he thinks Bethesda might be on the BRINK of something new, so, you never know

One area where Google has actually offered some solid answers is in regards to Stadia's games. At the GDC 2019 keynote presentation, Google announced three games that will be coming to Stadia, including Assassin's Creed Odyssey and the upcoming Doom Eternal . Additionally, an untitled game from PixelJunk studio Q-Games is also in the works for Sta

If you loved the 2016 Doom eternal cheats|Https://doometernalplay.com/ reboot then you will feel right at home in Doom Eternal . It’s faster, more brutal, and its soundtrack is just as bass pounding as ever. New traversal options give the Doomslayer more options when it comes to zooming around the arenas, but the goal is still the same: reduce every demon to a heap of blood and guts. Doom Eternal doesn’t have time for franchise fatigue; there are more demons to k

In a similar vein, Cyberpunk 2077 ’s E3 2019 presentation put the spotlight on the game’s many RPG options. From character customization to dialogue trees, Cyberpunk 2077 is still very much in the spirit of CD Projekt Red’s past games. Yes, the game still looks gorgeous and there were no load screens. But what impressed us the most is how CDPR wants players to have total freedom when it comes to approaching this world, as evidenced by the demo going through sections of the game twice (once stealth and once on offense). And the game even supports a full non-lethal playthrou

Google has promised that Stadia will be compatible with a variety of controllers, and specifically showed the Xbox One controller during its GDC 2019 keynote presentation. However, Stadia will also have its own specific controller, which looks somewhat like a cross between the Xbox One controller and the DualShock 4. How the Stadia controller feels and operates compared to the competition remains to be seen, but it will be interesting to see what consumers think once it's finally available to the mas

The next major project from Shinji Mikami and Tango Gameworks was revealed at Bethesda's E3 2019 conference. Known as Ghostwire: Tokyo, the stylish CG trailer showed off a futuristic-looking Japan where many of its citizens have vanished into thin air. Fans can also see a few horror elements mixed in with what appear to be supernatural beings going up against the main character who wields a bow and has access to abilit
